Why traditional tattoo?
Thinking about your next tattoo? Go traditional – it’s the classic style that never goes out of fashion. Bold lines, simple colors, and timeless designs mean your tattoo will look great now and decades from now. Plus, traditional tattoos carry a rich history and meaning, making your ink not just art, but a story on your skin. Choose traditional and wear a piece of tattoo heritage that stands strong through time.
Do you only do traditional tattoos?
Traditional tattooing is our life – no doubt about that. but we see tattooing as a craft, which means we’re here for most of your ideas: whether it’s fineline, lettering, blackwork, or even something a bit crazier. The only exception? Realism, or projects we wouldn’t be able to deliver in the quality you deserve and expect.
Can I pay by card?
Cash is king – and our preferred method of payment.
However, if needed, bank transfer can be arranged upon prior agreement. We recommend bringing cash to keep things smooth and simple.
How to take care of a tattoo?
Proper aftercare is essential to ensure your tattoo heals well and looks great for years to come. Here’s a general guide:
Leave the wrap or second skin on.
Depending on whether you received a second skin film or a regular wrap, follow these steps:
Second skin:
Leave it on for 3–5 days. If you notice anything unusual (excess fluid, irritation, etc.), always check with your tattoo artist before removing or replacing it.Regular wrap/foil:
Remove the wrap once you get home. Gently wash the tattoo before going to bed, then apply a fresh, clean wrap for the first night only. (This helps protect your bedding and prevents your fresh tattoo from sticking or rubbing against fabrics while you sleep.)
Wash gently
Wash the tattoo with lukewarm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap. Pat dry with a clean towel – don’t rub.Apply a thin layer of ointment
Use a recommended tattoo aftercare product or fragrance-free healing ointment (like Bepanthen or shea Butter). Don’t overdo it – a thin layer is enough.Let it breathe
Avoid re-wrapping. Let your tattoo get air while keeping it clean and moisturized.Avoid soaking
No swimming, hot tubs, or baths for at least 2–3 weeks. Showers are fine.No scratching or picking
Your tattoo will likely itch and peel – that’s normal. Don’t scratch or peel the skin!Protect from the sun
Keep your tattoo out of direct sunlight and avoid tanning beds. After it’s healed, always use SPF when exposed to the sun.
If your artist gives you specific aftercare instructions, always follow those first – each tattoo and skin type is different.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We mainly work by appointment to ensure enough time and attention for each design. However, if we have availability, we’re happy to take walk-ins too, feel free to stop by or message us to check!
How long does a traditional tattoo take?
The time depends on the size and complexity of the design, but most traditional tattoos are meant to be bold, clean, and relatively quick to complete. Smaller designs usually take around 1 to 2 hours, while larger pieces or compositions can take 3 to 5 hours or more. Before the session, we’ll go over all the details with you so you know exactly what to expect.
Does getting a tattoo hurt? 🙁
Yes, but mostly your mom! But now seriously: Getting a tattoo involves some level of pain, as the needle penetrates the skin. However, the pain is usually manageable and varies depending on the location of the tattoo, your pain tolerance, and the tattoo style.
